• The shipping charges are calculated when you add items to the cart. This is a much fairer, and often cheaper, option for the customer.

• ORDERS BY MAIL or FAX - Money orders, cheques and mail-in credit card orders. Print out the Order Form and FAX it to us at along with your credit card card details and signature. Or MAIL it to us along with your cheque (Canadian cheques only), money order (Canadians Only) or VISA/Mastercard card details.
  Sorry we only accept online credit card or Paypal orders from outside Canada - no checks.

• TELEPHONE ORDERS - We are an e-commerce only company. 99% of orders are accepted online and the rest are mail in orders. So sorry, we cannot accept telephone orders.
  
  

• If we deem any card to be suspicious, we may ask you for more information to verify the card is not stolen. This is for the both the customer's and our protection.
  Sorry but we CANNOT ship to any address other than the verfied credit card billing address.
  

• WE SHIP WORLDWIDE!
  But sorry we have to exclude Nigerian and Indonesian orders due to high instances of credit card fraud from these two countries.

• We invoice in Canadian $ only. If you pay by credit card the charges will be in Canadian $. Your bank or credit card company will convert it to your local currency and show that on your statement. We cannot charge in USA funds.
